Guiding Every Journey with Experience & Care
A personal, guided sapphire experience — from first conversation to final stone

In a market increasingly shaped by mass production & laboratory manufacturing, we choose a different path.
Our mission is to offer an alternative to the traditional gemstone supply chain—one that honors origin, supports the people behind each stone, and places the client at the center of the journey.
At Fire in Ice, our team is both guide and partner.
Bound by friendship, shared purpose, and deep cultural ties, we work between East and West to bring clarity and care to every sapphire journey. Trained in the West and deeply connected to traditions in Sri Lanka, we support clients with insight, context, and empathy gained from years of experience.
Your journey is intentionally guided. From the moment you begin, you’ll work with a dedicated team that remains involved throughout. You won’t be passed between departments or handed off along the way—your point of contact stays consistent, with someone who understands your vision, your stone, and the details that matter.
As your sapphire is sourced, selected, certified, cut, and prepared for export, we share regular updates, photos, and videos so you can follow its path from the source onward. Nothing is hidden, rushed, or abstracted.
The result is a collaborative process — because a stone chosen for you should never feel impersonal.
