OUR TEAM
At Fire in Ice,
our team is both guide & partner.
A personal, guided gemstone experience — from first conversation to final stone.
At Fire in Ice, every journey is shaped through relationship, trust, and thoughtful guidance. We are a small team working closely between Sri Lanka and the West, combining deep cultural connection with years of experience in the gemstone world.
More than simply sourcing stones, we help clients navigate the process with clarity, insight, and care — creating a more personal and meaningful connection to each gemstone and its story.
OUR APPROACH
How we guide selection
We Begin With You
We start by understanding your preferences, timeline, budget, and the feeling you want your gemstone to carry — ensuring the experience is shaped around you rather than inventory or trends.
We Source Intentionally
Through trusted relationships within Sri Lanka’s gem communities, we search thoughtfully for stones that align with your vision, prioritizing beauty, provenance, and individuality.
We Curate, Not Overwhelm
Rather than presenting endless options, we offer a carefully considered selection accompanied by honest imagery, context, and guidance so the process feels calm and approachable.
We Explain What Matters
We translate color, clarity, cut, and origin into clear, approachable language — helping you understand what truly affects beauty and value without pressure or unnecessary jargon.
We Move at Your Pace
We believe choosing a gemstone should feel collaborative, educational, and deeply personal — never rushed or transactional. We encourage questions, reflection, and thoughtful decision-making throughout the process.
